Our string trio had the pleasure of playing for Dave and Sheila’s wedding at La Mariposa in Tucson.

We always enjoy working with Steve Brennan’s staff. Prelude music began at 11:00 AM. The ceremony was at 11:30. I think the timing worked nicely since it was a Sunday event. Violin, viola and cello were the instruments selected for the trio.

Dave and Sheila decided to have a sand ceremony. This is often a much better choice than the traditional unity candle lighting, when the ceremony is held outdoors. You never know how windy it’ll be and there’s nothing harder than trying to light candles on a blustery day.
